Buck Rogers

in the 25th Century

Oh, for the love of early adventure strips!

I'm approaching the task of respectfully redrawing and reinterpreting the iconic comic strip "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century" by Nowlan and Calkins with a deep sense of reverence for the source material. I studied the original artwork by Lt. Dick Calkins, attempting to capture the essence of his original ideas through the filter of my own my artistic style. Each pen and brush mark was a deliberate homage to the creators' vision, and I aimed to stay true to their spirit of the characters, and their futuristic adventures. It's important to note that all copyrights to the original characters and stories of "Buck Rogers" belong to their respective owners. In creating my reinterpretation, I carefully adhered to fair use copyright guidelines, ensuring that my work pays homage to the classic, while offering a fresh perspective on this beloved sci-fi universe.

My only hope is that you enjoy my take on a brilliant comic strip.
